2024 Progressive Arnis Curriculum
This year’s updates to the Progressive Arnis Curriculum have been leaked to the public! Nah, I’m not going to make this sound like a tabloid. Chad emailed it to me… so here it is for all of you!
A few additions here and there, and some of the underlined stuff is pretty much mandatory now. There’s a nice list of extras and shout-outs at the end, to credit the instructors and systems that make Progressive Arnis such a diverse exploration into the martial arts. The very last page has a suggested first lesson for new students. Some of us instructors have had mixed responses to the new students we’ve brought in to class with us. There’s an art within the art (copyright Remy Presas) to initiating the uninitiated by showing them the basics, while keeping it interesting, but not drowning them in information. Now there’s a guideline for how to do that!
For those who subscribe to the video curriculum, additional line items will be included, and as I’m able, new videos will accompany them.
